Monark Super Deluxe Frame/Fork (Baltimore, MD)

Normally, I'd ignore a listing w/o an asking price, but this IS a Monark frame and has build potential--someone may be interested. Frame, springer fork, stem/bars, and seat are all there...along with a Schwinn crank. Monark fairing with badge is also present, but all other accessories are gone. A good foundation for a rat build, if you can get it cheap. But, I fear the seller may have dollar signs in their eyes. How good are your haggling skills?
