I live in Iowa where it touches corners with the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.
Been watching stuff here for awhile and really enjoy all the creativity on display! (often inspired and often intimidated by it! LOL!) And i’ve also always enjoyed the build-off's here and just how good natured and friendly they are. A bit of a rarity in my experience.
I’ve built a couple of (motored) bikes myself in the past, but never before a straight up Rat Rod. But i recently was asked by a friend to build one for him in a Ratty style so thought this might be a good opportunity to introduce myself and to also participate in the current Build-Off...
Anyhoo I’m sorting through a bunch of photos and i’m about to post a build journal soon (ie: Rätte-Hengel) in the BO12 section. I look forward to finally meeting some of you...
