I just acquired this nifty 24" frame. It's straight and solid. The previous owner claimed it to be a 1920's era Elgin 26" Moto Bike frame.. I'm vertically challenged so 24 works for me. Any one here have any thoughts as to what this is? I mocked it up with a set of 26 X 190's. I'll need to spread the back end to make enough clearance. It's 24" fork on the front. Strange markings on the bottom bracket for the serial #. The head tube is a whopping 3 1/2 inches, and there are vertical holes for the head badge 2 inches apart.

About 15" for the seat tube, 28" stand-over with the 26" wheels.
