Was wondering if anyone has any info on these wheels. I found them at the curb and don't have any reference of what bike they may have been used on. I've been able to find similar ACS Stellar mags available online in black but nothing in white. Plan to use them for a MBBO#5 build and was curious where they came from.
Also, I think that the reflector "tabs" really detract from the design. I'm hesitant to cut them off not knowing the wheel's origin. I'd hate to ruin a hard to find part that someone somewhere along the line might need for a restoration. If I keep the tabs are there slimmer reflectors available, other than the typical round ones that were on them?
I've found some info on removing the yellowing with hydrogen peroxide. Any tips? Any recommendations regarding sealing the finish once brightened?
