I have this instructable in my favorites list since forever! Great to finally watch someone building it. If somewhere in the future I have access to a good workshop with grinder and welding equipment, I'll try my shot at it as well, but until then I'll watch this one closely!

Took The Wolverine for another 40 km early Sunday morning spin to the Grunewald sandpit and back. About two thirds on (rough Berlin) asphalt and one third light gravel. It was fun.
Having coffee and breakfast now and heading to the garden later to enjoy this beautiful sunny day...

First I searched through my IKEA leftovers and found this part and cut it apart.
