How did I get my response to Oddjobs quote in his quote, I hope my bike building skills are better than my forum skills or I’ll be a newbie forever…dang it
Its all good… it doesn’t bother me I enjoy the banter here at RRB my kind of place…its just like when buddies come over and hang out… I’ll share some of my other bikes at some point for everyone to enjoy
Lol.. I appreciate the comments, After reading them I hope I won’t have to pay for everyone’s therapy from not being able to cope…nothing like a little pressure I’ll try not let you guys down…
Haha, no it’s how I do most of my work but that was a long notch and since the hole saws are short and milling machine quill is huge it hits the tube. The simple drill powered notchers won’t interfere on a long notch
Working on the Cruise DeVille today hoping to have some progress pics to post later, as long as people don’t know I’m in the shop today…lol…Just a side note for all those building stuff with limited resources, just know equipment and fancy tools are nice sometimes but they have limitations… this...
Ohhhh my…. well…. I guess you Won’t be restoring that one but that was fun to watch… I have cut up a few vintage ones so can’t wait to see what you do with it
Starting to take shape, rolled, rough cut, and mitered some tube this morning…Sometimes you just got get back to grass roots building techniques regardless of tools/equipment..
