You could drill/tap the dropout, put the bolt through from the back and cut/file the bolt. Not sure if you have enough material but if it’s just to keep it from flopping around might be ok.

Looks similar to the rear hub used on Schwinn deluxe tandems. Were the spokes heavy gauge? I’ve always used bmx guru for custom cut spokes.

Yes and I need to get on the terd part before time runs out again. 😳. But wanted to mock up the bars to see how everything looks. Fork is 20” bmx stand in. Grips are Bontrager mtb. “Olive Gray”. Used the older stem so as to avoid the blocky 4 bolt modern clamp.

Nice that you got the tire issue resolved with the simple non-invasive method. Bars look cool down but might not be real comfy. They’re cool. Love that Flexliner. Really awesome build that one.

Hopefully you didn’t get any of that foam on you. It’s super sticky. Like the idea of the light weight. Think you should go for a little contrast with the coloring.

Bummer they nerfed the aircraft remover. Last can I had was the good stuff. If it doesn’t have a Jolly Roger on the can it isn’t any good.
