From here, It kind of looks like the crank is bent. Pretty sure it's the pedal though.

Either way, it still rides straight.
This and the Viscount are both on hold until some time in July. Might finish before the deadline, might not.🤷‍♂️
 
This weekend I took part in the "Sternfahrt" (see my post here) Riding down the Avus I met this guy:

We had a very friendly and nice chat and later on we met again at the victory column and I took the opportunity to take some pictures of his ride. It's all bolt on, no welding done at all. I thought you might be interested...

By the way: He made his seat from a wooden snow shovel...

That's pretty cool.
The first time I built one of these, it was no weld. This time I thought I'd just glue it all together and see what happens.
