    TRADITIONAL BONINETeen

By the light of the.... wheel? A mockup. I don't think the Mag doesn't fit the build well. Bars seem small. Wheels all around seem smol. Still thinking through details. I do think that this frame does look good as a trike.

    TRADITIONAL BONINETeen

The first candidate frame is from 'That Blue Bike'. She pointed to that one in the stable last night and said what about that one. It's a fun bike to ride and one of my active steeds Will look a lot different as a trike. No front brake currently. Chain stays are curved , so a drop could...

    TRADITIONAL BONINETeen

I didn't realize there were so many. It seems that I'm keeping good company. Still have a lot of catching up todo on all of the cool builds. Cool, Thanks for the advice. Was thinking of taking some plate and building a drop bracket for the end of the frame that gets chosen to lower dropouts...

First, thanks a bunch Mr Palmer. It's great this site exists. My first read on the site was to rebuild a Komet Hub and have been hooked ever since. Im aleays Lurking if not participating actively. Second, I had a hard time when I was first on the site figuring out what BONINE meant. Saw no...

    TRADITIONAL BONINETeen

No rear brakes. Might not have front brakes when done. Was thinking of making al disc setup on the back. The drivetrain has a lot to be desired. 3 gears, no derailer. the tension is set for the middle gear. Will either go single or figure out a better multi gear setup...

    TRADITIONAL BONINETeen

Starting this ride out in the Traditional class and will move it over if modifications have to occur to Unlimited. Picked up this trike for a great price last week. Gonna build it up for my wife who would like to ride on our Sunday rides, but with balance and things from things out of our...

Anybody sniffing BO 19 in the air?

Yes the last 40 days have been quite eventful. Good, bad and in between. I've given a little thought into combining the two. That 4-stroke, although much quieter than the 2-strokes is also 3" wider than the 2 strokes. I will start with the trike as soon as I come up with a plan. Budget is...

Anybody sniffing BO 19 in the air?

I might almost be ready to pull something in. Been really hectic around here. Between graduation, a free golf cart, epileptic seizures, kidney stones, moving my daughter across the 4 states, 80th Bday for my dad and driving over 2200 miles in the last 8 days I'm pretty wore out. My Creative...

That hub on that 5 inch wheel is Sturmey Archer SX-RK3. That makes the dropouts a bit over 170mm wide. Such a cool piece, instead of replacing it, I'd be having it anodozed the wanted color. Edit:

Anybody sniffing BO 19 in the air?

He showed/told me that the construction of the new series is different than the skeleton series of frames. Skeletron's were box on between the bent box. The newer frames are a lot lighter as they use plate instead of voc between the bent box tubing. A couple skeletrons for reference... One...
