I have a frame made by Eddy Merckx. Paintwork is in bad condition with rusty spots etc.
I want to repaint it but dont want to loose decals that are on it.
is there any good way to take them down and put them back on frame after painting?

Yesterday I started leather handlebar wrap.
Cut two leather straps, add some color
and stitch... and stitch...
more stitch. cut my thumb, stitch, cut another finger...
